Feel rubbish about school? You’re not alone

Here are some of the things young people have said make them feel low at school:

  • not sleeping well
  • struggling with depression
  • angry or upset about stuff in my life
  • stressed about exams
  • feeling lonely and finding it hard to make friends
  • being bullied
  • having to be in school when I’m worrying about home
  • feeling sad because a friend or family member has died
  • struggling with an eating disorder
