Last year an important report called “Support for Learning: All our Children and All their Potential” was published. It said that not all children are getting the support they need with their learning.

One thing the report said was that Co-ordinated Support Plans (or CSPs for short) are not being used properly.

A CSP is a plan that helps children who need a lot of support.

A group of people with lots of experience supporting children and young people with additional support needs have been working together to look at ways to make sure everybody understands what a CSP is and how it should be used.
