Your relationships make a big difference to how you feel about school

When we asked you what your biggest worries are at school, relationships with friends, family and teachers were a big thing for you.

Here are some of the things you told us about your relationships that were making it hard for you to get the most out of school:
  1. “Being alone – scared if don’t make friends”
  2. “People on the outside [of friendship groups] have trouble on what to do”
  3. “Stress at home makes school harder”
  4. “School bullies”
  5. “When other people fall out with others – the names you get called. Makes school hard to attend when you don’t feel like going to class”
  6. “Talking about people behind their backs, making up things about people and people being nasty to each other”
If you’re worried about these sorts of issues we hope the advice below helps you.
