If you’ve got epilepsy, you might be feeling like other people just don’t get it.

You might be feeling worried or embarrassed about having a seizure when you’re at school, or about how people in your class will react if you tell them you have epilepsy.

The good news is that you are not alone, and that there are lots of people who ‘get it’.

There are over 8,500 young people with epilepsy in Scotland.

This site lets you:

  1. Talk about your experiences of living with epilepsy
  2. Make new friends in other countries
  3. Get answers to your questions
  4. Share your views about life in general.

You can chat with young people from all over the world, visit discussion forums and upload photos.

It’s free to use and there are… no adults allowed!
